What difference does it make if the thing you're scared of is real or not?

 當事情很糟時 我們有沒有可能害怕它變得很美好?

當事情很美好 小惡魔就來了 "有沒有可能變得很糟?"

( 當事情已經很糟 又怕 "有沒有可能變得更糟?" )

面對未知 害怕像個影子  一口一口吞掉光

組成害怕的因子 是尚未成為事實的"負面如果"

For every object that we're afraid of, there's an emotional reason behind it

For every idea we're afraid of, there's an illusion behind it

.. So it all happens in our head.. No wonder so much enzyme is needed in our brain

 

We must listen to the voice of fear that is telling its story, not to run away from it

Then we may reach our ultimate destination: to follow the path of life_ in peace.
